It's no secret—working out early isn’t glamorous, but it eliminates excuses and delivers results!

Here are 3 reasons why joining our 5:30am classes might be for you…

  1. Does your busy day get in the way of your progress?
    Wake up before your household and get it done. Then, conquer the day knowing you started it by prioritizing yourself and taking action toward a healthier, stronger you.

  2. Do you work long hours?
    If you are a busy professional, you know it’s sometimes hard to fit everything in! If this is you, the early hours are a great time to connect with like-minded individuals who can help hold you accountable for those early classes.

  3. Weights and HIIT training are good for building muscle and promoting fat loss!
    Did you know that weight training helps you build lean muscle mass, which, in turn, helps you maintain bone density? Our Bootcamp class combines weight training with ‘finishers’ that spike your heart rate, promoting a healthy heart while building strength and stamina.

    Strength Training 2-3x a week is where you will see the best results.
